dc.description.abstractIn the present investigation he/she is carried out a valuation of the relevancy of the Quality of the Perceived Service of the Fund of Social Forecast for the surgeon’s dentists of the School Odontológico of the Peru-Region Lima during the state of sanitary emergency for the Pandemic of the Coronavirus. The same one has as objective: To determine the quality of the Perceived Service of the Fund of Social Forecast for the surgeon’s dentists of the School Odonto-lógico of the Peru-Region Lima during the state of sanitary emergency for the Pandemic of the Coronavirus, in the investigation was carried out a study it is of observational and traverse type, being the population constituted by the surgeon’s dentists inscribed in the School Odontológico of the Peru Region Lima. A virtual questionnaire was elaborated and I apply to a sample of 411 participants. Likewise, information was picked up on its gender, age, collegian’s time and residence place. Once applied the instruments were found that 74.2% of the surgeon’s dentist participants had a low level in the quality perceived on the Fund of social Forecast, being the dimensions of dependability and empathy those of more percentages with an appreciation of low level with 70.3% and 69.3%, respectively. The presented results make evident that the surgeons dentists of the School Odontológico of the Peru-Region Lima considers that the quality of the Perceived Service of the Fund of Social Forecast had a low level during the state of sanitary emergency for the Pandemic of the Coronavirus. © 2022 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
