The objective was to analyze the ICTs used for learning mathematics in Dosquebradas, Colombia and to establish a proposal for a virtual platform to address them. Methodology: quantitative approach, applied type, descriptive level, hypothetical deductive method, experimental design. The sample was 98 students between 9 and 11 years old, for the collection a test of knowledge of the Colombian Institute for the Evaluation of Education was used. Results: The students in the Pretest: 83.33% did not reach the passing score, the opposite situation with the Postest where 91.67%, evidenced improvements in the learning of mathematics with scores above the minimum passing. © 2021 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
